From September 24 to 27, 2024, we would like to welcome you to our stand in Hall A4, Stand 250.

Our tested hose systems support the expansion of wind farms, especially in the up-and-coming offshore sector. We offer products for wind energy technology, solar technology and hydrogen technology as well as individual solutions for environmentally friendly energy generation.

Our product range includes hose lines for wind turbines, cooling systems for generators, maintenance units for turbines and pump modules for cooling. We also supply molded parts and seals made of plastic, door seals, magnetic tapes and individual solutions according to the specific requirements of our customers. CO2-neutral circular economy in Plastic Injection Moulding

We are pleased to inform you that a technical article has been published by SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik under the direction of Nadine Hagemus-Becker. The article deals with the realization of a CO2-neutral circular economy in Plastic Injection Moulding and the associated increases in efficiency through environmental protection and employee motivation.

The article highlights examples of how medium-sized production companies can not only sustainably reduce their CO2 emissions and avoid material waste through targeted measures, but also achieve a significant increase in efficiency. Successful measures for environmental protection and employee motivation were integrated into operational routines.

The focus is on aspects of production planning, energy and resource efficiency as well as technologies for process improvement. The article uses a specific example from plastic injection molding to show how SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik is working with Danfoss to develop innovative solutions to ensure sustainable production.

SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik stands for increasing efficiency and conserving resources. Our system components improve agricultural processes and minimize the ecological footprint.

At our stand, you will learn all about Hose Technology, Plastic Injection Moulding, Etching and Fine Laser Technology as well as Moulded Rubber Parts. Made in Germany: We offer original equipment and drawing-based hose lines and molded parts, all with on-time production in our German production facilities.

We are at the GIFA 2023 in Düsseldorf

We’re happy to announce that we’ll be attending the GIFA 2023 industry fair in Düsseldorf.

Come to our exhibition stand in Hall 10, Booth A42. In addition to the classic topic of safety first in metallurgy, we are featuring our new fire protection hose 'F88 basalt eco’ and will be intensively addressing the sustainability of "green steel."

You will get exciting insights into the areas of hose systems, fire protection hoses, sealing technology, and profiles. We are also currently presenting rubber molded parts as well as the area of plastic injection molding.

New plastics with many advantages

In addition to the traditional plastics that have been used for many years, we are testing and planning the use of bio-based or biodegradable plastics. One of the significant factors that harm our environment is plastic waste that floats in the oceans or remains on landfills forever. Bio-based or biodegradable plastics can reduce or even solve this environmental problem. When using these new materials, we consider the life cycle assessment of products as a whole and can determine whether and how the product will be broken down into its original materials after use in a circular economy. We would be happy to work with you to develop concepts for your projects.

Certified environmental management according to ISO 14001

In 2022, we implemented a certified environmental management system according to DIN ISO 14001. This has optimized our production processes sustainably, environmentally friendly, and with high social responsibility.
As a company with a high level of manufacturing depth, different production facilities, and extensive production know-how, we have a significant impact on the ecological aspects of our operations. Already in the conception and planning phase, we pay attention to waste avoidance through the use of state-of-the-art tool and machine technology. For unavoidable waste, we use an internal and, in exceptional cases, external recycling process. The focus of our daily work is on high energy efficiency in all areas of our company.

Since October 1, 2022 the company KM HYDRAULIKSYSTEME Bochum is part of SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH with headquarters in Nuremberg. The proven products and services in mobile hydraulics are in excellent hands under the strong roof of SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik. The bundling of our competences provides the best foundation for expanding our know-how and developing new solutions: innovative, economical & sustainable. We welcome our new team and look forward to a successful cooperation - in the interest of our customers and business partners.

Management Meeting 2022 in Murnau

On behalf of our teams in Nuremberg, Bremen, Bochum, Mülheim, Munich, Stuttgart and Hofheim am Taunus, our management received these two awards: the Transformation Award 2022 and the Sustainability Award 2022.

It was a pleasure for us to meet our team colleagues from all over the world in person again during this meeting. The international exchange on ever-changing markets as well as many other important and future-oriented topics always provide material for discussion and are the basis for envisaging new strategic tasks with foresight.
