SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH has had a production facility in Augsburg since 2024, when the plant of the former JURIMA Dichtungen GmbH was taken over and continued to operate. The Augsburg team specializes in sealing technology, elastomers and plastic products.

The range of sealing technology products is so broad and deep that there is a tailor-made solution for practically every application. Whether flat gaskets, sealing sheets, rubber sealing rings or plastic parts: Industry and commerce can draw on around 5,000 items that have proven themselves millions of times over in a wide variety of sectors.

The products are also available as semi-finished goods. Only high-quality sealing material is used in order to meet all customer requirements precisely and in optimum quality. The very well-equipped plant is technically prepared for all necessary production steps: From punching, plotting, cutting and water jet cutting to sawing, turning, milling, injection molding and pressing, individual product requirements can be implemented in a tailor-made manner. Vacuum forming and the production of freely applied and foamed sealing systems based on polyurethane, PVC and silicone are also part of the range.

In the case of semi-finished plastic products, sheet, round or hollow rods can be supplied for further processing. A large selection of sheet material is also available for elastomers.

The Augsburg site is also characterized by full service from a single source. From engineering, design and production to quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001: 2015, the Augsburg team is on hand with help and advice in all project phases. Of course, this applies not only to series production in large quantities, but also to medium-sized and smaller order volumes.
