Je nach Einsatzbereich und geometrischer Produktspezifikation ist die Ätztechnik und Fein-Lasertechnik das geeignete Produktionsverfahren für die Herstellung komplexer Metallteile. Die Kombination aus beidem vereint die Vorteile des Laserschneidens mit den außerordentlichen Eigenschaften des Ätzens. Es können Materialien mit verschiedensten Eigenschaften wie Gold, Aluminium oder Titan verarbeitet werden und Metalle in unterschiedlichsten Stärken. Selbst bei extrem dünnen Metallen von 0,003 mm sind die Toleranzen dabei minimal.

While traditional foam tubing is designed for 100°C, our special development has a thermal stability of up to 125°C. Thus this foam tubing is predestined for use in hot and heavy-duty environments.
